About Us
Currently a company of one, Wild Way Consulting is all about supporting organizations in staying true to their vision and mission while operating within the constraints of modern times.
Values-driven consulting
We do things differently at Wild Way Consulting. After working in heavily colonized contexts, we recognize the need to decolonize processes and thinking. Our values guide the work we do both internally and with our partners.
We rewild our practice: an act of restorative healing that prioritizes authenticity, especially when colonized expectations would have us flatten ourselves to “fit in.”
-
When we practice integrity, we are committed to honesty and transparency in our work. We say what we mean and mean what we say, and make ourselves a reliable partner.
We also honour those around us - our partners, our participants, the non-human and environmental entities that share space with us.
-
We know what it is like to be different. Sometimes folks’ encounters are so unique that others may struggle to relate, but that doesn’t make those experiences any less real.
With special insight into the differences associated with autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergences, we trust and accept the experiences people choose to share with us.
-
Good decisions consider the evidence, but excellent decisions are tailored to context. We love listening to our partners and co-constructing a customized plan to collect the information that matters most in the format that makes the biggest impact.
With years of advanced training in diverse data collection and analysis, our methodological toolbox is expansive. We are continuously curating techniques to facilitate collaboration and learning within and beyond the project group.
-
Equity work is never done. We are committed to ongoing learning about equity and how to make our work more fair and just for the people around us.
We engage in critical reflexivity to understand the teachings that are offered to us in our daily lives. We also honour special days throughout the year by completing themed trainings.

I am pleased to have worked with Paisley Worthington on several occasions: 2021-2022 for the U-Flourish Art Hive Evaluation Plan with Agnes Etherington Art Centre; 2023 for the Arts in Education Evaluation Plan with Kingston School of Art; and 2023 for the General Evaluation Strategy with Kingston School of Art. Each instance she has proved herself to be knowledgeable, generous, and professional. I would highly recommend her as an Evaluation Consultant and look forward to working with her again.

Paisley is one of the most exceptional graduate students I have ever supervised. As the first grad student researching the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SOTL) in a molecular science department, Paisley’s work in assessing learning outcomes, critical thinking, and problem-solving showcases unparalleled dedication, skill, and courage. Working with Paisley was transformational, changing the trajectory of my own career and reshaping my approach to education and the value of student perspectives.

Nice to meet you!
I’m Paisley, Founder of Wild Way Consulting.
All my life I have been motivated to help people, to make things better.
The trick was that I didn’t know where to commit myself. I believe many initiatives are critical and cannot possibly decide on one cause.
Then, I found the place where my passion for improvement and my diverse interests meet: evaluation and organizational development!
I made it my mission to train at advanced levels so I can work with organizations just like yours - and bring a wealth of knowledge to help you accomplish your work in making this world a better place.
